Awakening Power hypnosis session can be between 2 to 3 hours .
That includes time we spend together discussing your life and several components such as the interview, Past Life Exploration, Higher Self Communication, Healing and Integration, and a recording of the session for the client to review later

Is Hypnosis Safe? Can I Get Stuck in It?
Don't worry! Hypnosis is safe, and you can't get stuck in it. Here's what you need to know:

In hypnosis, you'll still hear things around you, but they won't bother you. It's like how you stop noticing background noises after a while.

What is the Higher Self?
The Higher Self is like the best version of you that stays in the spiritual world. Some people call it the over-soul or super-conscious. It’s a part of you that stays connected to a divine source, like God, and acts as a bridge between you and the divine.
Your Higher Self is very wise and knows everything about you and your life. It can help you find meaning, purpose, and fulfilment. However, it only shares information that is helpful and good for you.
During my hypnotherapy sessions, I ask your Higher Self questions. Instead, I also guide your soul to go where it needs healing. Sometimes, during these sessions, you might receive guidance from your Higher Self, or even from the souls of loved ones, guides, or angels. This version uses simpler language and breaks down the concepts to make them easier to understand.
